Consistently Hot
It may be unfair to remove a star because every rifle will prefer a different load. These do quite well in a bolt gun. I however was testing different loads for a incredibly reliable piston driven gas gun (Sig 716 G2 Patrol). Without a can (suppressor) these seemed to overgas the system and I decided to not test with the can on. Even with the suppressor gas setting I did not feel it was worth the risk continued use of these hotter loads. If I had more adjustment in my gas block then maybe it would be doable however the Sig 716 G2 only has 2 gas settings available (suppressed and unsuppressed). Along with that my rifle didn't seem to utilize the consistent bullet weights to it's full effect as my group sizes were larger than my other groups than with other factory ammo. This is not to say this ammo is not superb as I have achieved sub 1/2 moa with this ammo through a precision bolt gun in the past.
